I often talk to Family business owners who have a successful family business in its early stages but getting them to invest in the development of a family constitution can often be difficult.

What is your “uh ha” moment with your clients?
When you get the suggested documentation and family constitution in place and it frees up the family to spend more time doing their core business not putting out family fires all the time.
