The success of every business today depends upon how they adapt to change. So what a great topic to discuss at our state conference where we heard different ideas on disruption and the changing world we live in. It is often said of family business that they are slow to change and miss the boat on new opportunities, well the Wagners story soon puts this theory to rest – what an amazing success story! And many more like that in family businesses across the world.

Here at the Queensland chapter, we are working towards engaging our next generation more regularly as they are the future of change in our Family businesses. Keep your eye out for an event in July and if you have a next generation member in your family, encourage them to go along, have some fun and maybe get some insights from other Next generation family members.
